Rollout Request
What is a rollout?: A rollout is when a lease customer would like to change the current car they are leasing for a newer one. When you request a rollout the HFS team will be issued a ticket saying we need to produce one. We will calculate what we need to get paid in order to sell the current lease vehicle to your dealership. The lease customer is then free to take a newer car so long as they take another lease with Honda Financial Services. If the customer has servicing work carried out, misses a payment, makes a payment, the rollout will need to be redone.
The rollout is too high, now what?: Check the KMS the customer has travelled. Are they ahead of where they should be? this can contribute to higher rollout costs. Has the customer only had the car for less than 18 months? not enough of the car has been paid off to make the rollout possible.
What if the customer does not want to lease their next car? That is totally fine, they can wait until the lease matures (reaches its final month of the contract) or request a break cost (to break the lease) or a purchase price (to buy the car). All purchase prices are communicated to you with a margin for the dealerships used car department. For more information on this contact HFS directly.
